We’re delighted to share that we have secured a Health Your Way grant, which is provided by Third Sector Leaders Kirklees and funded by South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The grant will allow the people we support to enjoy sessions from Umbrella.Yoga, who provide excellent adapted Yoga sessions enabling people we support to enjoy Yoga and stretches and build core strength adapted to meet their needs.
During the lockdowns, many of the people we support have experienced reduced levels of mobility as they have not been as active. Yoga is an excellent way of supporting people to regain their mobility and movement skills. We cannot wait to start our Yoga sessions and share some pictures with you.
