In all our supported living accommodation we have staff available 24/7 on hand to assist with daily issues and people have their own one to one support to achieve their other outcomes such as shopping or social time.
Our qualified and experienced support staff work with people, their family carers and people that are important to them to shape a personal support plan. It’s important to us that the people we support have maximum choice and control of the service they receive. This support can also be used as an alternative to day services by a direct payment or private arrangement.

To receive support, you will need to be able to fund the costs of staff support in your home. Funding is usually arranged via Adult Social Care Assessment Team:
- Through Social Services funding via an assessment. To find out if you are eligible for funding you can telephone Gateway to Care 01484 414933 for more information.
- Through personal funding, also known as Self-Funding
- Through Personal Independence Payments and Direct payments
