£9.50 to £10.39 per hour dependant on qualifications

Various hours available

Do you want a flexible career with regular hours? Can you show us how you would treat the people we support with the dignity and respect they have a right to expect?  Are you passionate, enjoy working with people and want to make a difference to someone’s life? Then we want to hear from you! Experience is helpful but isn’t essential. Having the right attitude is.

In return

  • You will be working for a supportive employer who are highly experienced and you will work in a friendly team
  • Flexible hours that are guaranteed
  • Good rates of pay and a generous holiday entitlement, which both increase the longer you work for us
  • Free training and on-going career development with enhanced rates of pay the higher your qualification
  • Dedicated on-going support and mentoring from the training manager to help you settle in your role
  • Health & Well-being benefits through our free Simply Health Plan
  • Refer a friend bonus scheme

The role involves working to a rota which will include some unsocial hours and sleep-ins shifts or waking night shifts (based on needs of people supported). The rota needs to change from time-to-time to provide flexible support, to cover holidays and sickness so it is important to us that you can be flexible with your working hours.

Due to the nature of the role, we will pay for you to complete an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, prior to starting with us.

If you think you have the right attitude for this type of work and you want to make a difference to people’s lives then we would really like to hear from you.

Please note, we do not accept applications made through a third party such as a recruitment agency.
